1. Job Title: Head of Contracts, Risk & Compliance – Supply Chain
Position Based In: Karachi, Pakistan

Education: MBA degree preferably in Supply Chain Management 
Experience:7-10 years of relevant experience in contract management
Software Expertise: Oracle ERP Suite, MS Office 
Job Responsibilities:
• Establishing Policies, SOPs for creating, reviewing and approving contracts for the SC Department in line with company guidelines. 
• Create contracts & SLAs for all vendors, service providers & 3rd parties in every Supply Chain function, i.e. Local/foreign procurement, international logistics, inland logistics, warehousing, HSSE, factory operations
• Establishing Risk Strategy, Governance & Policies, SOPs, Risk Registers for the Supply Chain Department in line with company guidelines 
• Develop Centralized Contract Management System in our ERP System where contracts are recorded, managed, monitored for any deviations, renewed and terminated.
• To reduce supply chain cost & vulnerability via a coordinated holistic approach – an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program involving all supply chain stakeholders and development of mitigation plans to manage these risks for the purpose of ensuring supply chain continuity in the event of a scenario which can interrupt normal business
• Create conduct comprehensive Risk Assessment & Mitigation Plan in every Supply Chain function, i.e. Local/foreign procurement, international logistics, inland logistics, warehousing, HSSE, factory operations
• 1. Performance Improvement 2. Effectiveness3. Efficiency4. Appropriate Levels of Internal Controls
• Create conduct comprehensive Compliance Assessment Analysis & Identify Gaps in every Supply Chain function, i.e. Local/foreign procurement, international logistics, inland logistics, warehousing, 
• Develop Centralized Compliance Management System in our ERP System where policies are recorded, managed, monitored and reviewed for analysis.
• Collaborates with other departments to direct legal compliance regarding employment code of conduct responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures & facilitate investigation in related matters

2. Job Title: Head of Health, Safety, Security & Environment – Supply Chain 
Position Based In: Karachi, Pakistan

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Occupational Health and Safety
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HSSE in a manufacturing setting, preferably in pesticides formulation or filling & packing plants.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership, strategic guidance, technical expertise and support on HSSE matters to the Group Supply Chain
• Provides ass Establish globally standardized key performance indicators (KPIs) with respect to Occupational Health & Safety, Process & Plant Safety, Handling, Storage & Transportation Safety & Product Stewardship Safety and perform internal audits to determine its effectiveness & improvement plans.
• Lead site risk assessments and oversee the implementation of mitigation measures.
• Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with rules & regulations and ensure all company sites are also compliant with HSSE standards & procedures.
• Provide support and expertise to the company to mitigate and/or communicate Safety and Environmental issues.
• Analyze Solid Waste / Waste Water / air pollution management, to propose and manage improvement projects related to HSE impact.
• Ensure compliance with legislation regarding the safe handling and disposal of waste, act as consultants about recycling and waste management to numerous organizations, communities and local authorities.
Competencies:
• Solid experience in Risk assessment 
• Chemical industry experience with chemical reaction process and fill & pack background will be an advantage
• Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Waste Management, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using Tripod Beta Tool, HSE Auditing Techniques.
